Motivation For You

Don't be so surprised when haters take shots at you when God is doing something big through you that is changing lives. Keep shining. Push out the negative and bring in the positive. Remember, you cannot save everyone. Some people are going to destroy themselves no matter how much you try to help them. Grind - to perform repetitive actions over and over in order to attain a goal.

You are INTENSE
You are OBSESSED
You are NOT NORMAL
You say YES when others say NO
You RISE while others sleep
You DO what others will not
You CONTROL your destiny
You are on a quest
NEVER STOP

Don't expect people to understand your grind when God didn't give them your vision. Don't worry about those who talk behind your back, they're behind you for a reason.

The cost of AMBITION:
* Late nights, early mornings
* Lots of associates, few friends
* You will be misunderstood
* You will be single unless you find someone who understands your lifestyle
* People will want you to do good but never better than them
And for those reasons you will do many things alone.
GRIND!!!

Folks who never do anymore than they get paid for, never get paid for any more than they do! While you are still waiting to find an easy way (or a perfect time), someone else is already getting results because they decided making progress is more important than making excuses. In this dog eat dog world, success is granted to those who are told they can't do something and they refuse to believe it. Where a dream is no longer a dream, its a burning desire for self fulfillment. This isn't a story of how bad you want it, its a reality of how far you are willing to push yourself and take it.

I am not going to reach my goals by sleeping in. In the morning I rise & grind because my WHY wakes me up every morning. I will NOT climb the ladder of success by being lazy or letting my hears get in the way. I will face my fears and rise above. I want to be successful as bad as I want to breathe. I will NOT give up, I will NOT let anyone stop me from reaching my dreams and achieving my goals. In order to conquer your fears you must face them. You can't climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets. Don't ever let anyone point a finger in your face and say you can't do it. Its not about how hard you get hit, its about how hard you get hit and keep moving forward. I'm going to show you how great I am. You will see one day. No one can break me cos I'm down Christ. And with God, all things are possible.

I don't know how my story will end, but no where in my text will it ever read...."I gave up". Actions always prove why words mean nothing. Very true. No obstacle is too big, no goal is unattainable, nothing else matters. I CAN...I WILL...I MUST...SURVIVE....You can not afford to live in potential for the rest of your life. Unleash it all today and make your move towards greatness NOW. What do you want out of life? If you don't know what you want then you will eat anything, you don't have drive, you wake up when you want. You know, I just want to inspire people and be inspired. I will follow my dreams and work as hard as I can to reach my goals, blood sweat & tears. Just because I have a dream and goals and you don't doesn't mean you have to knock me for trying to reach mine. Everyday you say no to your dreams, you push back your dreams 6 months, maybe even longer. So you need to know your WHY, and my WHY wakes me up every single morning. Remember, there is an expiration date on your dreams and they're about to expire. So how hard are you going to work to reach your goals and achieve your dreams?

Motivation For You

The bigger the dream, the harder the grind. So rise & grind, wake up to the sunshine. And the sun is shining today. Its a beautiful day outside, even though its cold outside. But I didn't let that stop me from getting out there today and delivering Avon Brochures & trying to recruit people to join my team. Because you see, my WHY is bigger than my I CAN'T. You may say, I can't get out of bed, I can't do this, I can't do that, I can't I can't I can't. When are you going to stop making excuses and start working towards your dreams and goals?

My Avon Team is the A Team. Our motto is #alwaysforward #neverbackwards because you see, on my team we always move forward, never backwards. We are moving towards the future, towards our dreams and goals, towards success. We are not moving backwards to the past, not moving backwards to our failures, not moving backwards towards the negative but moving forward to the positive.

If you have never failed at life, you ARE failing at life. You're not trying hard enough. Every successful person has failed more times than they can count.

Look at your life and where you want to go. You need to start saying yes to your dreams, yes to your potential. The future s unlimited for you right now. No one knows where you can go. No one know what you're capable of. This is your decade, this is a new year, a new you. If you're not willing to risk it all, you're not going to grow and if you're not willing to grow you cannot become your best and if you cannot be your best you cannot be happy.

Remember, this is your DREAM, and you MUST be willing to sacrifice every second to overcome the obstacles or you will NOT succeed. Success doesn't belong to the dreamers. Success belongs to those who know the only thing they can't do is quit!!! Are you willing to let someone else walk away with your dreams because you let your "I CAN'T" get in the way. Hours, days, months of sacrifice that you have worked so hard for to get where you are today. Your WHY has to be GREATER than your "I CAN'T"

98% of people give up on their dreams without even trying to achieve them. Be in the 2%. Don't give up on your dreams, don't stop trying to reach your goals. Wake up every morning with a purpose. Really LIVE, don't just exist in this world. Have a purpose in life, know your WHY. Don't hit the snooze button in the morning, get up & rise & grind.

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you don't love what you do than you're in the wrong business and you if you're not passionate about what you're doing then you will never get anywhere. The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams. When you want to succeed as much as you want to breathe that's when you will be successful. So let's do something a little different today. Let's take risks, and do something absolutely crazy. Let's face our fears, let's get out there and really work our business. Don't let the cold weather stop you, don't let anything stop you. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. Its a new year, time to put the past behind you & your past failures & past mistake. Its a new day, a new start, time to rise & grind, and put the negative people out of your life and surround yourself with positive people. People who are uplifting, people who motivate you to do your best and nothing less, people who are inspirational and know the greatness you have inside, people who can see your potential and never stop giving up on you.

5 Ways To Attract More Clients Through Referrals

The 36 Rules Of Social Media

Social Media Marketing Strategies

29 Ways To Stay Creative

30 Great Marketing Ideas To Increase Sales

Tips On Being A Good Leader

  • Make Time To Lead
    • To be effective, team leaders need to invest time in the role. Too often, this responsibility is simply added onto someone's already lengthy task list, thus setting the new leader up for failure. As a team leader you need to be visible to the team & available to support them.
    • If you're predominantly tied up with your own critical hands-on-tasks, you won't be. So, be sure to review & re-negotiate your workload before taking on a leadership role in the first place.
  • Get To Know Your Team
    1. Leadership is all about how you influence your team to achieve its objectives. Something you'' struggle to do if you don't get to know your team members & what makes them tick. While it might be tempting to jump in & start making moves from day one, remember that you're not there to flex your ego.
    2. Tale time to listen to your team members, find out what their issues and aspirations are, gather ideas and identify potential strength's and weaknesses. Only then can your formulate a leadership approach that stands a chance of success. Getting to know who you're working with is the first all-important step to bonding with the team and establishing their respect and trust. The old adage of listening twice as much as you speak still holds true.
  • Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
    1. Once your team is up and running, its imperative to keep the communication going to build relationships, assess progress, and identify risks and issues.
    2. Plus, you'll get more engagement from team members if they see you investing time in them and showing interest in their activities. Make expectations and responsibilities clear so that everyone knows who's doing what, why and by when. This seems obvious but don't assume everyone has your detailed understanding of the project at hand.
    3. Encourage and embrace new ideas. The more your team can contribute to the project, the happier they'll be.
  • Lead By Example
    1. Think about the behaviors you want and expect from your team members and be sure to exhibit those traits yourself. You're the role model, so what you say and do will impact the team's daily work habits and attitudes.
    2. That said, it's important to be yourself and to believe in yourself. If you fake it, you'll soon be unmasked and you'll lose credibility and trust.
  • Reward The Good & Learn From The Bad (And The Ugly)
    1. Be quick to recognize a good performance and reward it where appropriate. You might not be in a position to hand out pay raises and promotions but in the bit of verbal praise goes a long way in showing your team you are both aware of and appreciative of their achievements.
    2. Be equally as timely in tackling poor performance issues. The longer you leave them, the tougher they'll be to fix.
    3. Look for the best in people and understand that mistakes will happen. When they do, learn from them and see how they can be prevented in the future. And, whatever you do, don't play the blame game
    4. If you need to have a challenging conversation, do it in private, no public flogging. And don't try to win a popularity contest. Not all your feedback and iniatives will be well-recieved, but if you concentrate more on being everyone's friend instead of a strong leader, the work will suffer, as well as your integrity.
  • Delegate
    1. Trust your team to do its job. Being team leader doesn't mean you're there to do other people's work for them. Be clear on what's expected of everyone and let them get on with it
  • Be Decisive
    1. Don't procrastinate. Of things go wrong, take a breath, gather the information you need to make an educated decision and make it. Don't be afraid of seeking help (it's a sign of strength, not weakness).
  • Enjoy It!
    1. Team leadership is often challenging but frequently rewarding. Heading up a team that's working well & delivering results is a great feeling, so go do it.

    Tips On Being Successful

  • Get Organized
    1. Organization will help you complete tasks & stay on top of things to be done
  • Analyze Your Competition
    1. Competition breeds the best results. To be successful you can't be afraid to study & learn from your competition
  • Understand The Risks & Rewards
    1. The key to being successful is taking calculated risks to help your business grow
  • Be Creative
    1. Always be looking for ways to improve your business and to make it stand out from the competition
  • Stay Focused
    1. The old saying that "Rome was not built in a day" applies here. Just because you open a business doesn't mean that you're going to immediately start making money.
    2. You see, it takes time to let people know who you are, so stay focused on achieving your short-term goals & give the rest time to come together on its own.
  • Prepare To Make Sacrifices
    1. The lead-up to starting a business is hard work but after you open your doors, your work has just begun. YOu have to put in more time than you would if you were working for someone else.

    Ten Commandments of Prospecting

    Ten Commandments of Prospecting
    1. Set aside a specific time each day for prospecting
calls. Set appointments for yourself. Be disciplined
and write down what activity you want to accomplish and
    then follow through.
    2. Make as many calls as possible.
Don't waste time on calls that you know are not going
in a positive direction. Do not allow people to steal
your time. If you just make that one extra call each
time, your overall call volume for the year will be
    much larger!
    3. Make calls brief.
Know the objective of your call and get to that
objective without unnecessary talking. Use your time
to answer any questions that the prospect might have.
Again, don't let people steal your valuable time.
    4. Have a prepared and organized list before starting
your calls. A good rule of thumb is to have at least 2
weeks of prospecting calls on a list at any given time.
Always have a constant flow of prospects to call
    through.
    5. Work without interruption.
Get to a quiet place where you will not be interrupted
or distracted. Do not have a radio or TV on in the
background. Make everyone in the house aware that you
should not be disturbed during the time you are making
    your calls.
    6. Consider doing your calls at different times of the
day. Many people call the same prospect at the same
time of the day over and over again. Then they will
get frustrated because they get an answering machine
each time. Common sense is to try calling prospects
at different times of the day. You can drastically
increase your chances of talking to a live person.
    7. Be organized.
Consider using a computerized contact management
system. I would be lost without mine. It will help
you with follow-up calls as well as allowing you to
keep detailed notes on previous conversations.
    8. Establish a Goal.
How many calls do you want to get through? How many
conversions are you getting? What is your ratio
between the two and is it improving? You will only
know this if you set goals and keep track of them. You
skills and confidence will grow and grow if you are
    aware of your improvements.
    9. Don't Stop.
Persistence is the key quality that every successful
nationwide sponsor has. They understand that each
'no' will lead them to the big 'yes'. They are aware
of there numbers and are always striving for
improvement. They don't ever just stop and give up.
Remember, nobody fails at network marketing, they quit.
    10. Have some fun.
Remember to keep it fun. If you don't enjoy what you
are doing, it becomes drudgery. If you don't want to
reach out and talk to and share your opportunity with
as many people as you can, then you are probably in the
wrong industry. If you are having fun and are
enthusiastic about these calls, it will rub off on the
people you are calling and you will have more success.

Sometimes life is about risking everything for a dream that no one can see but you.
Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will. So keep a positive mind and keep a positive outlook on life. Surround yourself with positive people and those who have the same goals and dreams as you.
    life is too
    short to
    argue and
    fight with
    your past.
    count your
    blessing,
    value your
    loved ones
    and move on
    with your
    head high

Being negative only makes a difficult journey more difficult. So surround yourself with positive people that lift you up and bring out the best in you. Stay away from negative people, they are toxic and will only bring you down.
    Believe in yourself
    And all that you are
    Know that there is
    Something inside you
    That is greater
    Than any obstacle
Deep inside of you is more strength than you've ever known
There are two kinds of people in this world: givers and takes. The takers may eat better, but the givers sleep better. Are you a giver or a taker? Remember when you help others you help yourself.
Surround yourself with people who make you a better person. Stay away from toxic negative people. They will bring you down to their level.

    A Good Life

A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot and realize how blessed you are for what you have. Be grateful for what you, God has blessed you. Dream big and don't let others crush your dreams. Stay away from negative people, they are toxic.

Tips on how to GROW your CUSTOMERS

    * Remember to wear your Avon button for an easy conversation starter. If people see you wearing it they will know you're an Avon Rep and that will most definitely get a conversation started.

Tips on how to GROW your CUSTOMERS....

    1. Everyone you meet is a possible new Customer - share Avon with at least three new people every day! If you do this you will see your customer base grow and even possibly your downline grow.
    2. Tell everyone you're friends with on Facebook and any other social media networks that you're now an Avon Representative and make sure you link them to your Personal Web Store! It is important for you to know the link to your personal webstore, it was given to you when you first signed up. So make sure you have it written down.
    3. Set a target for your sales and be sure to follow-up with your customers before you place your order. Say you had a customer order in C1 and C2 but didn't order in C3 and you're now in C4. Just because that customer didn't order in C3 doesn't mean that they won't want to order in C4 so make sure you give them a book. Always give them a book whether they have ordered or not because they may just want to order in the next campaign.
    4. Circulate brochures... bring them with you wherever you go! This is very important because your Avon Book is your store, you won't get any sales unless you have your books with you.
    5. Know your store. The Avon brochure is your store so be familiar with the great offers within. The tip before goes along with this, ALWAYS have Avon Books with you so you can give them out. And always look through them because a customer might ask about great deals in the new book and you want to be able to tell them right away what those deals are, you don't want the customer to think you don't know what you're doing.
    6. Share your enthusiasm and people will want to be part of your great company! This is important because this will help you grow your customer base as well as your downline of Avon Reps. And another tip regarding this is do NOT post negative stuff on Facebook or any other social media because people are not going to want to join your company or be apart of anything you have to do with. People like positive, uplifting people who have enthusiasm about their company. If they see how much you love it then they will want to join you.
    7. Learn how to grow even more with FREE online training through Avon Pathways on yourAVON.com I have taken several courses on Avon Pathways and they have been very helpful to me. And they have especially been helpful to me in regards to helping my team learn and grow. The courses have lots of great information especially to share with your team members who haven't taken the Avon Pathways Courses or team members that might want to learn more about Avon.
